Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 10 days of delivery. 

How can I exchange an item?

If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and we will send you a replacement, or another piece of jewelry of your choice. You'll have the chance to choose another item for the same amount of money you spent on the original order. We do not cover the shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges.

Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?

Sorry, we are not accepting drop-offs for any returns or exchanges at this time.

What items are non refundable?

All items marked final sale, items on markdown or customized pieces cannot be returned. Also worn earrings, broken chains, cracked crystals or pieces with any modifications such as engravings or scratches.

How do I send you my jewelry for exchange?

All items must be returned in its original conditions, must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact.
